You Agree To The Following
- TucsonCab.com is the provider of a dispatch service. As such, we will
attempt to make your contact information available to cab operators in your
area who possess a valid business license for your location.
- The information will include all information you provide to us on the form
with the exception of the email address you list for your confirmation email. It
will include at least your name, address, phone number and any additional
comments you provide on the cab order form.
- This information will be broadcast to all subscribers to our email system
so that we may connect you with a driver who can provide service in a reasonable
time based upon that driver's knowledge of his current location and proximity
to your location.
- Although we request Paypal accounts and copies of business licenses from our
affiliate drivers, we cannot check or validate the vehicle they are driving nor
their posession of valid insurance.
- You will use your own discretion when speaking with the driver and when
deciding whether or not the vehicle the driver is operating is properly
insured as a commercial vehicle in use for transportation for hire
- If you have any hesitation regarding the qualifications, licensing,
insurance possession or any other details of the driver you receive you will
refuse service and report your concerns through our Driver Managers contact
on the TucsonCab.com website.
- You will ask the driver you accept for his ID number and enter it on the
second part of the order form process so that we may have a record of the
provider who services your call.
