The Los Betos restaurants in Tucson are a tradition, a landmark, and a staple. They are definitely the largest chain of local fast food style mexican taco shops.

Probably the most popular menu item is the carne asada burrito followed by the next most popular item, the bacon-egg-cheese breakfast burrito. You can also get stewed beef filled burritos and chimichangas, soft and crisp tacos, quesadillas and the like. Almost anything you want will cost under $7 even with a large horchata. You can get by on about $4 and still be well fed.
